Terms & Conditions for the Riverview Dental Arts Smile Makeover Giveaway

  1. Introduction
    By participating in the Riverview Dental Arts Smile Makeover Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), all nominators and nominees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Riverview Dental Arts, located in Riverview, Florida, reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  2. Eligibility
  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida, aged 18 or older.
  • Nominators may submit a nomination for another person who they believe deserves a full smile makeover. Self-nominations are not permitted.
  • The nominee must be willing and able to undergo dental procedures at Riverview Dental Arts in Riverview, Florida.
  • Employees of Riverview Dental Arts, their immediate family members, and affiliated entities are not eligible to participate.
  1. Nomination & Selection Process
  • Nominations must be submitted through the official entry form and include a written explanation of why the nominee deserves the smile makeover.
  • One (1) winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Dr. Espino and the staff of Riverview Dental Arts, based on the nominee’s story and need for the procedure.
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 10 days of the selection. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, another nominee may be selected.
  1. Treatment & Participation Requirements
  • The selected winner must complete any necessary medical and dental evaluations to confirm their eligibility for the smile makeover. If found medically or dentally ineligible, an alternate winner may be chosen.
  • The winner agrees to undergo the full smile makeover as determined by Riverview Dental Arts’ dental professionals. The exact procedures and treatments included in the makeover will be at the discretion of Riverview Dental Arts.
  • The winner must comply with all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the dental team.
  1. Consent to Media Use
  • The winner agrees to participate in video and photo documentation of their transformation for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Riverview Dental Arts and LiquiLink the perpetual, royalty-free right to use their name, likeness, voice, photos, videos, testimonials, and any other content related to the Giveaway in any media, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and press releases.
  • The winner waives any rights to compensation, royalties, or claims regarding the use of their image and story.

 

  1. Legal Disclaimers
  • The smile makeover is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other treatments.
  • Riverview Dental Arts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating, nominators and nominees release and hold harmless Riverview Dental Arts, , and their respective employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
